Rustam Ebrahimi
Partner, construction and contract disputes
Rustam designed building systems before he went to law school, and now argues about them.
Rustam worked as a civil engineer on commercial projects before law school, so he reads a schedule, a change order and a set of drawings the way the other side's expert does. He represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in payment, lien, delay and defect disputes.
He wrote the firm's guide to what a contract lawsuit costs, and keeps the budgets in every written plan honest.
