Jules Nakashima
Associate, owner and partnership disputes
Jules works on disputes between the people who own a company, where the numbers and the relationships both matter.
Jules joined the firm after clerking for a state district court judge, and leads its owner and partnership work: buyouts, access to the books, deadlock and claims between co-owners. An accounting degree helps when the dispute is really about the financial statements.
Jules also prepares the firm's mediation statements, and is usually the second lawyer on Solveig's trials.
